用於(yu)對(duì)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)質(zhì)量要(yao)求(qiu)高的重(zhong)要(yao)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)系(xi)統(tǒng),以提(ti)高(gao)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)閥的定(ding)位(wei)及(ji)可靠性。
用於(yu)閥門(men)兩端壓(ya)差大(da)( △p>1MPa)的場(chǎng)(chang)合。通(tong)過(guò)(guo)提(ti)高(gao)氣源壓(ya)力(li)增(zeng)大(da)執(zhí)行(xing)機(jī)(ji)構(gòu)(gou)的輸(shu)出(chu)力,以克(ke)服(fu)液(ye)體對(duì)閥芯(xin)產(chǎn)生的不平(ping)衡(heng)力,減小行(xing)程(cheng)誤差。
當(dāng)(dang)被(bei)調(diào)(tiao)介(jie)質(zhì)為高(gao)溫、高(gao)壓(ya)、低(di)溫(wen)、有(you)毒、易燃(ran)、易爆時(shí),為(wei)了(le)防(fang)止對(duì)外(wai)泄(xie)漏,往往(wang)將填(tian)料(liao)壓(ya)得(de)很緊(jin),因(yin)此閥桿與填(tian)料(liao)間的摩(mo)擦力(li)較大(da),此時(shí)(shi)用定(ding)位(wei)器可克服(fu)時(shí)(shi)滯(zhi)。
被調(diào)(tiao)介(jie)質(zhì)為粘(zhan)性流(liu)體或含有(you)固(gu)體懸浮(fu)物時(shí),用定(ding)位(wei)器可以克(ke)服(fu)介(jie)質(zhì)對(duì)閥桿移(yi)動(dòng)的阻(zu)力。
用於(yu)大(da)口(kou)徑(jing)(Dg>100mm)的調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)閥,以增(zeng)大(da)執(zhí)行(xing)機(jī)(ji)構(gòu)(gou)的輸(shu)出(chu)推(tui)力(li)。
當(dāng)(dang)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)器與執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器距(ju)離在(zai)60m以上時(shí)(shi),用定(ding)位(wei)器可克服(fu)控(kong)制(zhi)信號(hào)的傳(chuan)遞滯(zhi)後(hou),改善(shan)閥門(men)的動(dòng)作反應(yīng)(ying)速度(du)。

用來(lái)(lai)改善(shan)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)閥的流(liu)量特性。
壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)器控(kong)制(zhi)兩個(gè)(ge)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器實(shí)(shi)行(xing)分程(cheng)控制(zhi)時(shí),可用兩個(gè)(ge)定(ding)位(wei)器,分別(bie)接受(shou)低(di)輸(shu)入信號(hào)和(he)高(gao)輸(shu)入(ru)信號(hào),則(ze)壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器低(di)程(cheng)動(dòng)作,另壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)高(gao)程(cheng)動(dòng)作,即(ji)構(gòu)(gou)成了(le)分程(cheng)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)。
