近兩年來,國(guo)家電(dian)網(wǎng)(wang)逐步(bu)規(guī)範(fàn)了電(dian)表(biao)技(ji)術(shù)要求,制定(ding)相(xiang)關(guān)行業(yè)(ye)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)以及技(ji)術(shù)規(guī)範(fàn),這(zhe)為繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)參(can)數(shù)檢測提出了壹(yi)些技(ji)術(shù)難(nan)題,如(ru)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的負(fù)(fu)載通(tong)斷(duan)能力、開(kai)關(guān)特(te)性測試(shi)等(deng)。因此,迫切需(xu)要(yao)研究壹(yi)種(zhong)設(shè)(she)備,實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)繼電(dian)器(qi)性能參(can)數(shù)(shu)的綜(zong)合(he)檢(jian)測 。
根據(jù)繼電(dian)器(qi)性能參(can)數(shù)(shu)測試(shi)要(yao)求,測試(shi)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)可(ke)以分為兩大類(lei),壹(yi)是(shi)不帶負(fù)載電(dian)流(liu)的測試(shi)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu),如動作(zuo)值、觸(chu)點(diǎn)接觸(chu)電(dian)阻(zu)、機(jī)(ji)械(xie)壽命;二(er)是(shi)帶負(fù)載電(dian)流(liu)的測試(shi)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu),如觸(chu)點(diǎn)接觸(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)壽命、過(guo)負(fù)荷能力。
主(zhu)要測試(shi)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)簡單(dan)介(jie)紹(shao)如(ru)下(xia):(1)動作(zuo)值。繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)動作(zuo)時所(suo)需(xu)電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)。(2)觸(chu)點(diǎn)(dian)接觸(chu)電(dian)阻(zu)。觸(chu)電(dian)閉(bi)合(he)時(shi),兩觸(chu)頭之間(jian)的電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)。(3)機(jī)械(xie)壽命。機(jī)(ji)械(xie)部(bu)分在不損(sun)壞(huai)的情況下(xia),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)反(fan)復(fù)開(kai)關(guān)動作(zuo)次數(shù)(shu)。(4)觸點(diǎn)(dian)接觸(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)。觸(chu)電(dian)閉(bi)合(he)時(shi),觸(chu)電(dian)回(hui)路(lu)中施(shi)加壹定負(fù)載(zai)電(dian)流(liu),觸(chu)點(diǎn)間電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)。(5)電(dian)壽命。繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)驅(qū)(qu)動線(xian)圈(quan)兩端(duan)施(shi)加額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya),觸(chu)點(diǎn)(dian)回(hui)路中施(shi)加額(e)定阻(zu)性負(fù)載(zai)時,每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)循環(huán)(huan)小於300次、占(zhan)空比1∶4條件(jian)下(xia),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的可(ke)靠動作(zuo)次數(shù)(shu)。(6)過(guo)負(fù)荷能力。繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)驅(qū)(qu)動線(xian)圈(quan)兩端(duan)施(shi)加額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya),觸(chu)點(diǎn)(dian)回(hui)路中施(shi)加1.5倍額(e)定負(fù)載時(shi),動作(zuo)頻率(lv)(10±1)次(ci)/分條件(jian)下(xia),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)可(ke)靠動作(zuo)次數(shù)(shu)。

①測觸點(diǎn)(dian)電(dian)阻(zu):用萬用表(biao)的電(dian)阻(zu)擋(dang),測量(liang)常閉(bi)觸點(diǎn)與動點(diǎn)(dian)電(dian)阻(zu),其阻(zu)值(zhi)應(yīng)(ying)為0;而(er)常(chang)開觸(chu)點(diǎn)與動點(diǎn)(dian)的阻(zu)值(zhi)就為無(wu)窮大。由此(ci)可(ke)以區(qū)(qu)別(bie)出那(na)個是常閉觸(chu)點(diǎn),那(na)個是常開觸(chu)點(diǎn)。
②測線圈(quan)電(dian)阻(zu):可(ke)用萬用表(biao)R×10擋(dang)測量(liang)繼電(dian)器(qi)線(xian)圈的阻(zu)值(zhi),從而判(pan)斷(duan)該線(xian)圈(quan)是否存(cun)在(zai)著開路現(xiàn)象。
③測量(liang)吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)吸合(he)電(dian)流(liu):用可(ke)調(diào)(tiao)穩(wěn)(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)源(yuan)和電(dian)流(liu)表(biao),給(gei)繼電(dian)器(qi)輸(shu)入(ru)壹組(zu)電(dian)壓(ya),且(qie)在(zai)供電(dian)回(hui)路(lu)中串(chuan)入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)表(biao)進(jìn)(jin)行監(jiān)(jian)測。慢慢調(diào)(tiao)高(gao)電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)壓(ya),聽(ting)到(dao)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)吸合(he)的聲(sheng)音時,記(ji)錄吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)吸合(he)電(dian)流(liu)。為求準(zhǔn)確(que),可(ke)以嘗試(shi)多次求平(ping)均(jun)值(zhi)。
④測量(liang)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)流(liu):也(ye)是像上(shang)述(shu)那樣(yang)連接測試(shi),當(dāng)(dang)繼電(dian)器(qi)發(fā)(fa)生吸合(he)後(hou),再逐漸降(jiang)低(di)供電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya),當(dāng)(dang)聽(ting)到(dao)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)再次(ci)發(fā)生釋(shi)放(fang)聲(sheng)音時,記(ji)下(xia)此(ci)時(shi)的電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu),亦可(ke)嘗試(shi)多次而取(qu)得平(ping)均(jun)的釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)流(liu)。壹(yi)般情況下(xia),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)為吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)的10%~50%如(ru)果釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)壓(ya)大小(xiao)(小(xiao)於(yu)1/10的吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)),則(ze)不(bu)能正(zheng)常使用,這(zhe)樣(yang)會(hui)對(dui)電(dian)路(lu)的穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)性造成(cheng)威(wei)脅,使工(gong)作(zuo)不可(ke)靠。
