選(xuan)型(xing)依(yi)據(jù)(ju):
1、根據(jù)(ju)管(guan)道(dao)參(can)數(shù)選擇電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:通(tong)徑(jing)規(guī)(gui)格(ge)(即(ji)DN)、接口方(fang)式(shi)
1)按(an)照(zhao)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)管(guan)道(dao)內(nèi)徑(jing)尺寸或(huo)流(liu)量要(yao)求(qiu)來(lái)確(que)定(ding)通(tong)徑(jing)(DN)尺(chi)寸;
2)接口(kou)方(fang)式(shi),壹(yi)般(ban)>DN50要(yao)選(xuan)擇法蘭(lan)接(jie)口(kou),≤DN50則(ze)可根據(jù)(ju)用戶(hù)(hu)需要(yao)自(zi)由選擇。
2、根據(jù)(ju)流體(ti)參(can)數(shù)選擇電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:材質(zhì)(zhi)、溫(wen)度組
1)腐蝕(shi)性(xing)流(liu)體(ti):宜選用(yong)耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥和(he)全(quan)不(bu)銹鋼;食(shi)用超(chao)凈(jing)流(liu)體(ti):宜選用(yong)食(shi)品(pin)級(jí)不(bu)銹鋼材(cai)質(zhì)(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥;
2)高(gao)溫(wen)流體(ti):要(yao)選(xuan)擇采用耐(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)的電(dian)工(gong)材料(liao)和(he)密封材(cai)料(liao)制(zhi)造的電(dian)磁(ci)閥,而(er)且要(yao)選(xuan)擇活(huo)塞式結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型(xing)的;

3)流(liu)體狀(zhuang)態(tài)(tai):大至(zhi)有氣(qi)態(tài)(tai),液態(tài)(tai)或(huo)混合狀(zhuang)態(tài)(tai),特(te)別是(shi)口徑大於DN25時(shí)(shi)壹(yi)定(ding)要(yao)區(qū)分(fen)開(kāi)(kai)來(lái);
4)流體(ti)粘度:通(tong)常(chang)在(zai)50cSt以(yi)下(xia)可任意(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze),若(ruo)超(chao)過(guò)(guo)此(ci)值,則(ze)要(yao)選(xuan)用高(gao)粘度電(dian)磁(ci)閥。
3、根據(jù)(ju)壓力(li)參(can)數(shù)選擇電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:原理(li)和(he)結(jié)構(gòu)品(pin)種
1)公(gong)稱(chēng)(cheng)壓(ya)力:這(zhe)個(gè)參(can)數(shù)與(yu)其它通(tong)用(yong)閥門(mén)(men)的含(han)義(yi)是壹(yi)樣(yang)的,是根據(jù)(ju)管(guan)道(dao)公(gong)稱(chēng)(cheng)壓(ya)力來(lái)定(ding);
2)工作壓(ya)力(li):如果工作(zuo)壓(ya)力低(di)則(ze)必(bi)須(xu)選用(yong)直動(dòng)(dong)或(huo)分(fen)步直動(dòng)式(shi)原(yuan)理(li);工作壓(ya)差(cha)在(zai)0.04Mpa以(yi)上時(shí)(shi)直動(dòng)式、分(fen)步直動(dòng)式(shi)、先(xian)導(dǎo)式(shi)均可選用(yong)。
4、電(dian)氣(qi)選擇(ze):電(dian)壓(ya)規(guī)格(ge)應(yīng)盡(jin)量?jī)?yōu)(you)先(xian)選用(yong)AC220V、DC24較(jiao)為(wei)方(fang)便。
5、根據(jù)(ju)持續(xù)(xu)工(gong)作時(shí)(shi)間(jian)長(zhǎng)(chang)短來(lái)選擇(ze):常(chang)閉(bi)、常(chang)開(kāi)(kai)、或(huo)可持續(xù)(xu)通(tong)電(dian)
1)當(dāng)(dang)電(dian)磁(ci)閥需要(yao)長(zhǎng)(chang)時(shí)間(jian)開(kāi)啟(qi),並(bing)且(qie)持續(xù)(xu)的時(shí)間(jian)多於(yu)關(guān)閉(bi)的時(shí)間(jian)應(yīng)選(xuan) 用常(chang)開(kāi)(kai)型(xing);
2)要(yao)是(shi)開(kāi)啟的時(shí)間(jian)短或(huo)開(kāi)(kai)和(he)關(guān)的時(shí)間(jian)不(bu)多(duo)時(shí)(shi),則(ze)選(xuan)常(chang)閉(bi)型(xing);
3)但是(shi)有(you)些用於(yu)安(an)全(quan)保(bao)護(hù)的工況(kuang),如爐(lu)、窯火(huo)焰監(jiān)(jian)測(cè),則(ze)不(bu)能(neng)選(xuan)常(chang)開(kāi)(kai)的,應(yīng)選(xuan)可長(zhǎng)(chang)期(qi)通(tong)電(dian)型(xing)。
6、根據(jù)(ju)環(huán)境要(yao)求(qiu)選擇輔助功(gong)能(neng):防爆、止回、手動(dòng)(dong)、防水(shui)霧(wu)、水(shui)淋(lin)、潛水(shui)。
