IFM易(yi)福(fu)門電容(rong)式傳感器的等效電路兩點(diǎn)註意:
工作頻(pin)率(lv)等於或接近諧振(zhen)頻率(lv)時(shí)(shi),諧(xie)振(zhen)頻率(lv)破(po)壞(huai)了電容(rong)的正常作用。因此(ci),工作頻(pin)率(lv)應(yīng)(ying)該先(xian)擇低於諧(xie)振(zhen)頻率(lv)。
電容(rong)式傳感器的有效電容(rong)除(chu)與位(wei)移(yi)有(you)關(guān)(guan)外(wai),還(hai)與角頻率(lv)有關(guān)(guan)。因此(ci),在實(shí)(shi)際應(yīng)(ying)用時(shí)(shi)必(bi)須(xu)與(yu)標(biāo)(biao)定(ding)的條(tiao)件(jian)(ω)相(xiang)同。
電容(rong)傳(chuan)感器的特點(diǎn)(dian):電容(rong)量(liang)小,變化更?。≒F級(jí))。理(li)論上(shang),交流電橋(qiao)可(ke)作為(wei)電容(rong)傳(chuan)感器的測量(liang)電路,但由(you)於(yu)電容(rong)及(ji)變化太小,不易(yi)實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)。包括(kuo)(1)調(diào)(tiao)頻電路(2)運(yùn)(yun)算(suan)放大(da)器式電路(3)二極管雙(shuang)T形(xing)交流電橋(qiao)(4)脈(mai)沖(chong)寬度調(diào)(tiao)制電路
1.調(diào)(tiao)頻電路
特點(diǎn):
(1)轉(zhuǎn)換電路生成(cheng)頻(pin)率(lv)信號(hào)(hao),可(ke)遠(yuǎn)(yuan)距離傳輸(shu)不受幹(gan)擾。
(2)具(ju)有較高的靈敏(min)度,可(ke)以測量(liang)高(gao)至0.01μm級(jí)(ji)位(wei)移(yi)變化量。
(3)但非線性較差,可(ke)通過鑒(jian)頻器(頻壓(ya)轉(zhuǎn)換(huan))轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)化為(wei)電壓信(xin)號(hào)(hao)後,進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)補(bǔ)(bu)償。
2.運(yùn)(yun)算(suan)放大(da)器式電路運(yùn)(yun)算(suan)放大(da)器要求(qiu):
特點(diǎn)(dian):
(1)解(jie)決了單(dan)個(gè)(ge)變極板(ban)間(jian)距離式電容(rong)傳(chuan)感器的非線(xian)性問(wen)題(ti)
