3.應(yīng)及時(shí)(shi)排(pai)除(chu)管道(dao)中(zhong)的積氣。當(dāng)空(kong)氣進(jìn)(jin)入(ru)減(jian)壓管網(wǎng)或(huo)管(guan)網(wǎng)內(nèi)隨(sui)壓力變化(hua)時(shí)(shi)氣體(ti)從水(shui)中(zhong)析(xi)出,這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)區(qū)域(yu)內(nèi)用(yong)戶的水壓極不穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding);處(chu)在(zai)供(gong)水(shui)最不利點(diǎn)(dian)用水(shui)器(qi)更(geng)是(shi)壓力變化(hua)急(ji)驟(zhou),有時(shí)呈現(xiàn)虛假(jia)的峰值壓力,有時(shí)(shi)還(hai)會(huì)(hui)抽吸斷水(shui),還(hai)有管(guan)網(wǎng)(wang)會(huì)伴(ban)隨(sui)撞(zhuang)擊聲。產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)這(zhe)種現(xiàn)象,會(huì)(hui)影(ying)響燃(ran)氣熱(re)水(shui)器、電熱(re)水(shui)器等(deng)穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo),嚴(yán)(yan)重(zhong)時(shí)會(huì)(hui)被毀(hui)壞;對(dui)各(ge)種盥(guan)洗器(qi)具(ju)的進(jìn)(jin)水(shui)連接管(guan)破壞力也很(hen)大,因此爆管的事(shi)件(jian)屢(lv)有(you)發(fā)(fa)生(sheng);有些(xie)水(shui)表(biao)無(wu)法正(zheng)確(que)計(jì)(ji)量,出現(xiàn)用(yong)戶不用水(shui),水(shui)表(biao)也(ye)會(huì)不斷地(di)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。為(wei)杜(du)絕(jue)這(zhe)類事(shi)故(gu),應(yīng)檢(jian)查(zha)屋頂(ding)水箱生(sheng)活給(gei)水(shui)總(zong)管的蓄水高(gao)程(cheng)是否滿(man)足(zu),如不滿(man)足(zu)水箱出水口(kou)處(chu)會(huì)(hui)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)水旋,吸入(ru)空(kong)氣。排(pai)除(chu)這(zhe)壹故(gu)障(zhang)可調(diào)整(zheng)水箱(xiang)內(nèi)液(ye)位(wei)控(kong)制器的低水(shui)位(wei)高(gao)程(cheng),經(jīng)驗(yàn)(yan)表(biao)明(ming)壹般(ban)低水(shui)位(wei)距出水口(kou)應(yīng)不小(xiao)於0.3m。也(ye)可反復(fù)開啟(qi)設(shè)置在(zai)分(fen)區(qū)、減(jian)壓系統(tǒng)(tong)兩(liang)側(cè)(ce)的壓力表(biao)放氣旋塞,把(ba)已進(jìn)(jin)入(ru)管(guan)網(wǎng)(wang)內(nèi)的空(kong)氣徐(xu)徐(xu)排(pai)出。如采(cai)取(qu)上(shang)述(shu)措(cuo)施後(hou),在(zai)分(fen)區(qū)總(zong)管末梢以下的壹些用(yong)水(shui)器還出現(xiàn)上(shang)述(shu)現(xiàn)象,可以在(zai)這(zhe)些(xie)部(bu)位(wei)增(zeng)設(shè)自(zi)動(dòng)排(pai)氣裝(zhuang)置。
4.註(zhu)意(yi)美國(guo)TESCOM減(jian)壓閥的減(jian)壓保障系統(tǒng)(tong)。無(wu)論(lun)選(xuan)用比例式(shi)還是(shi)可調(diào)式(shi)減(jian)壓閥,其(qi)減(jian)壓比P1∶P2不宜選(xuan)擇(ze)過(guo)大,壹般(ban)應(yīng)控(kong)制在(zai)5∶1之內(nèi)。超(chao)過(guo)這(zhe)個(gè)(ge)範(fàn)(fan)圍易(yi)產(chǎn)生(sheng)氣蝕(shi)現(xiàn)象,損(sun)壞閥件(jian),產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)嘯(xiao)叫(jiao)噪音。有(you)些(xie)活(huo)塞式(shi)減(jian)壓閥,制造廠(chang)在(zai)其(qi)閥體(ti)上(shang)加(jia)工壹個(gè)(ge)直(zhi)徑(jing)1.5mm左(zuo)右的小(xiao)孔(kong),其功能是(shi)讓閥芯運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)時(shí)(shi)起到(dao)透(tou)吸(xi)氣作(zuo)用(yong),維(wei)護(hù)管(guan)理時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)註(zhu)意(yi)千(qian)萬(wan)不要(yao)將(jiang)小(xiao)孔(kong)塞住(zhu),否(fou)則(ze)影(ying)響減(jian)壓閥的正(zheng)常(chang)運(yùn)行(xing)。

6.註(zhu)意(yi)檢(jian)查美國(guo)TESCOM減(jian)壓閥的安裝位(wei)置。高(gao)層(ceng)內(nèi)減(jian)壓閥設(shè)計(jì)(ji)安裝的位(wei)置不妥,會(huì)(hui)出現(xiàn)減(jian)壓閥閥後(hou)壓力忽高(gao)忽(hu)低,管(guan)網(wǎng)(wang)壓力嚴(yán)(yan)重(zhong)偏離(li)允(yun)許(xu)範(fàn)(fan)圍,伴(ban)隨(sui)毀(hui)壞淋(lin)浴器(qi),水(shui)管(guan)爆(bao)裂(lie)和(he)損(sun)壞用戶水表(biao)等(deng)事(shi)故(gu)發(fā)(fa)生(sheng);有時(shí)(shi)也(ye)會(huì)(hui)水流(liu)不暢,分(fen)區(qū)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)無(wu)規(guī)律的斷水(shui)現(xiàn)象,影(ying)響(xiang)用戶用水。出現(xiàn)類似(si)事(shi)故(gu),檢(jian)查(zha)整(zheng)個(gè)(ge)減(jian)壓閥減(jian)壓分區(qū)給水(shui)系統(tǒng)(tong),無(wu)疑點(diǎn)(dian)可找;拆(chai)卸(xie)減(jian)壓閥過(guo)濾器等(deng)元件(jian)並無(wu)異常(chang);有些(xie)物(wu)業(yè)管(guan)理單(dan)位(wei)甚(shen)至(zhi)懷(huai)疑減(jian)壓閥的技(ji)術(shù)性(xing)能(neng),多(duo)次(ci)調(diào)換(huan)新的減(jian)壓閥,也(ye)不能解(jie)決(jue)問題(ti)。這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)可從檢(jian)查比例減(jian)壓閥設(shè)計(jì)(ji)安裝位(wei)置是(shi)否合理著(zhe)手,認(rèn)真(zhen)檢(jian)查(zha)管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)(tong)是(shi)否(fou)存在(zai)等(deng)位(wei)倒虹管現(xiàn)象,即(ji)分區(qū)的輸(shu)出管路標(biāo)(biao)高(gao)相(xiang)近。此類情(qing)況在(zai)主(zhu)、副(fu)樓(lou)同(tong)壹屋頂(ding)水(shui)箱,下給(gei)水供(gong)水(shui)系統(tǒng)(tong)中(zhong)很(hen)容易(yi)出現(xiàn)。發(fā)(fa)現(xiàn)這(zhe)些(xie)問題(ti),可以考慮把(ba)比例減(jian)壓閥安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)置提(ti)高(gao)壹個(gè)(ge)層(ceng)面(mian)(不能提(ti)得(de)太高(gao),必(bi)須(xu)顧全(quan)分區(qū)內(nèi)用(yong)水設(shè)備(bei)的承(cheng)壓規(guī)範(fàn)要(yao)求(qiu));也(ye)可在(zai)主(zhu)、副(fu)樓(lou)內(nèi),分(fen)設(shè)兩(liang)組獨(dú)(du)立的比例減(jian)壓閥給(gei)水(shui)系統(tǒng)(tong)。
