當(dāng)從(cong)繼電(dian)器(qi)下(xia)端進(jìn)(jin)油口3進(jìn)(jin)入的液(ye)體(ti)壓(ya)力達(dá)到(dao)調(diào)(tiao)定壓(ya)力值(zhi)時(shí)(shi),推動(dòng)(dong)柱塞2上(shang)移(yi),此位(wei)移通(tong)過(guò)(guo)杠(gang)桿放大後(hou)推(tui)動(dòng)(dong)微(wei)動(dòng)(dong)開(kāi)(kai)關(guān)4動(dòng)(dong)作。改(gai)變(bian)彈簧(huang)1的壓(ya)縮量,可(ke)以調(diào)節(jié)(jie)繼電(dian)器(qi)的動(dòng)(dong)作壓(ya)力。
應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)場(chǎng)合:用於(yu)安(an)全(quan)保護(hù)、控制(zhi)執(zhí)(zhi)行元件的順序(xu)動(dòng)(dong)作、用(yong)於泵(beng)的啟閉(bi)、用(yong)於泵(beng)的卸(xie)荷。
註意(yi): 壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)放在(zai)壓(ya)力有明顯(xian)變(bian)化的地方(fang)才能(neng)輸(shu)出電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)。若(ruo)將(jiang)壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)放在(zai)回(hui)油路(lu)上(shang),由(you)於(yu)回(hui)油路(lu)直(zhi)接接回(hui)油箱,壓(ya)力也沒(méi)(mei)有變(bian)化,所以壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)也不(bu)會(huì)工作。
意大利ATOS壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)的主要(yao)性能(neng)有以下(xia)幾個(gè)方(fang)面。
(1)調(diào)壓(ya)範(fàn)圍(wei)
意(yi)大利ATOS壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)能(neng)夠(gou)發(fā)出電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的低(di)工作壓(ya)力和最(zui)高(gao)工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)力的範(fàn)圍(wei)稱(cheng)為調(diào)壓(ya)範(fàn)圍(wei)。
(2)靈敏度與通(tong)斷(duan)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)區(qū)(qu)間(jian)
系(xi)統(tǒng)壓(ya)力升高到(dao)壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)的調(diào)定(ding)值(zhi)時(shí)(shi),意大利ATOS壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)動(dòng)(dong)作接通(tong)電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的壓(ya)力稱(cheng)為開(kāi)(kai)啟壓(ya)力;系統(tǒng)壓(ya)力降(jiang)低(di),壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)復(fù)(fu)位(wei)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的壓(ya)力稱(cheng)為閉(bi)合壓(ya)力。開(kāi)(kai)啟壓(ya)力與閉(bi)合壓(ya)力的差值(zhi)稱(cheng)為壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)的靈敏度。差值(zhi)小則(ze)靈敏度高。為避免系統(tǒng)壓(ya)力波動(dòng)(dong)時(shí)壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)時(shí)通時(shí)斷(duan),要(yao)求(qiu)開(kāi)(kai)啟壓(ya)力與閉(bi)合壓(ya)力有壹定(ding)的差值(zhi),此差(cha)值(zhi)若(ruo)可(ke)調(diào),則(ze)稱(cheng)為通斷(duan)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)區(qū)(qu)間(jian)。
(3)升壓(ya)或降(jiang)壓(ya)動(dòng)(dong)作時(shí)(shi)間(jian)
意(yi)大利ATOS壓(ya)力繼電(dian)器(qi)入口側(cè)壓(ya)力由(you)卸(xie)荷壓(ya)力升至調(diào)(tiao)定壓(ya)力時(shí),微(wei)動(dòng)(dong)開(kāi)(kai)關(guān)觸(chu)點(diǎn)(dian)接通(tong)發(fā)出電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的時(shí)間(jian)稱(cheng)為升壓(ya)動(dòng)(dong)作時(shí)(shi)間(jian),反之,壓(ya)力下(xia)降(jiang),觸點(diǎn)(dian)斷(duan)開(kāi)(kai)發(fā)出斷(duan)電(dian)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的時(shí)間(jian)稱(cheng)為降(jiang)壓(ya)動(dòng)(dong)作時(shí)(shi)間(jian)。
(4)重復(fù)(fu)精(jing)度
在(zai)壹定(ding)的調(diào)定(ding)壓(ya)力下(xia),多次升壓(ya)(或降(jiang)壓(ya))過(guò)程中(zhong),開(kāi)(kai)啟壓(ya)力或閉(bi)合壓(ya)力本身的差值(zhi)稱(cheng)為重復(fù)(fu)精(jing)度,差值(zhi)小則(ze)重復(fù)(fu)精(jing)度高。
