德(de)國(guo)Rexroth力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)它由閥體、閥罩(zhao)、電(dian)磁組(zu)件、彈簧及(ji)密封(feng)結(jié)構(gòu)(gou)等(deng)部(bu)件組(zu)成(cheng),動(dong)鐵芯(xin)底(di)部(bu)的密封(feng)塊借(jie)助(zhu)彈簧的(de)壓(ya)力(li)將(jiang)閥(fa)體進(jìn)(jin)氣(qi)口關(guān)(guan)閉(bi)。通(tong)電(dian)後,電(dian)磁鐵吸(xi)合(he),動(dong)鐵芯(xin)上部(bu)帶彈簧的(de)密封(feng)塊把(ba)排(pai)氣(qi)口關(guān)(guan)閉(bi),氣(qi)流從(cong)進(jìn)(jin)氣(qi)口進(jìn)(jin)入膜(mo)頭(tou),起到控(kong)制(zhi)作(zuo)用。當(dāng)(dang)失(shi)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力(li)消(xiao)失(shi),動鐵芯(xin)在(zai)彈簧力(li)作(zuo)用下(xia)離開固(gu)定(ding)鐵芯(xin),向(xiang)下(xia)移動(dong),將排(pai)氣(qi)口打(da)開,堵(du)住(zhu)進(jìn)(jin)氣(qi)口,膜(mo)頭氣(qi)流經(jīng)(jing)排(pai)氣(qi)口排(pai)出(chu),膜片恢復(fù)原來(lai)位(wei)置。在(zai)我們(men)的(de)制(zhi)氧設(shè)備中(zhong),在(zai)透(tou)平膨(peng)脹(zhang)機(jī)(ji)進(jìn)(jin)口薄(bo)膜調(diào)節(jié)(jie)閥的(de)緊(jin)急(ji)切(qie)斷等(deng)處有應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)。
REXROTH力(li)士樂四(si)通(tong)電(dian)磁閥(fa)在(zai)我們(men)的(de)生產(chǎn)中(zhong)應(yīng)用也(ye)很(hen)多,其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)原理如下(xia):當(dāng)有電(dian)流通(tong)過(guo)線(xian)圈(quan)時,產(chǎn)生勵磁作(zuo)用,固(gu)定(ding)鐵芯(xin)吸(xi)合(he)動(dong)鐵芯(xin),動(dong)鐵芯(xin)帶動(dong)滑閥(fa)芯(xin)並壓(ya)縮(suo)彈簧,改(gai)變(bian)了滑閥芯(xin)的(de)位(wei)置,從(cong)而(er)改(gai)變(bian)了流體的(de)方向。當(dāng)線(xian)圈(quan)失(shi)電(dian)時,依(yi)靠(kao)彈簧的(de)彈力(li)推(tui)動(dong)滑閥芯(xin),頂(ding)回動(dong)鐵芯(xin),使(shi)流(liu)體(ti)按(an)原(yuan)來(lai)的方向流動。在(zai)我們(men)制(zhi)氧生產(chǎn)中(zhong),分子篩(shai)切(qie)換(huan)系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)制(zhi)閥(fa)的開(kai)關(guān)(guan)就是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)二位(wei)四(si)通(tong)REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)的(de),氣(qi)流分(fen)別(bie)供(gong)至(zhi)強(qiáng)制(zhi)閥(fa)的活塞(sai)兩(liang)端。從(cong)而(er)來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)強(qiáng)(qiang)制(zhi)閥(fa)的啟閉(bi)。

1、REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)接(jie)線(xian)頭松動(dong)或(huo)線(xian)頭脫(tuo)落,REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)不得(de)電(dian),可緊(jin)固(gu)線(xian)頭。
2、REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)線(xian)圈(quan)燒(shao)壞(huai),可拆(chai)下(xia)力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)的接(jie)線(xian),用萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)測(ce)量,如果開路(lu),則REXROTH電(dian)磁閥(fa)線(xian)圈(quan)燒(shao)壞(huai)。原(yuan)因有線(xian)圈(quan)受潮(chao),引起絕(jue)緣(yuan)不好而(er)漏(lou)磁,造(zao)成(cheng)線(xian)圈(quan)內(nèi)(nei)電(dian)流過(guo)大(da)而燒(shao)毀(hui),因此(ci)要(yao)防(fang)止(zhi)雨水(shui)進(jìn)(jin)入REXROTH電(dian)磁閥(fa)。此外(wai),彈簧過(guo)硬(ying),反(fan)作(zuo)用力(li)過(guo)大(da),線(xian)圈(quan)匝(za)數(shù)(shu)太少(shao),吸(xi)力(li)不夠也(ye)可使(shi)得(de)線(xian)圈(quan)燒(shao)毀(hui)。緊(jin)急(ji)處理時,可將(jiang)線(xian)圈(quan)上的手動(dong)按(an)鈕(niu)由正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)時的“0"位(wei)打(da)到“1"位(wei),使(shi)得(de)閥打(da)開。
3、REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)卡住(zhu)。REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)的滑(hua)閥套與閥(fa)芯(xin)的配(pei)合(he)間(jian)隙很(hen)小(xiao)(小(xiao)於0.008mm),壹(yi)般都(dou)是(shi)單(dan)件裝配(pei),當(dāng)有機(jī)(ji)械雜(za)質(zhì)帶入或(huo)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)太少(shao)時,很(hen)容易(yi)卡(ka)住(zhu)。處理方法可用(yong)鋼絲(si)從(cong)頭(tou)部(bu)小(xiao)孔捅入,使(shi)其(qi)彈回。根(gen)本(ben)的解決方法是(shi)要(yao)將(jiang)REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)拆(chai)下(xia),取出閥芯(xin)及(ji)閥芯(xin)套,用(yong)CCI4清洗,使(shi)得(de)閥芯(xin)在(zai)閥套(tao)內(nèi)(nei)動(dong)作(zuo)靈活。拆(chai)卸(xie)時應(yīng)註意各部(bu)件的裝配(pei)順序(xu)及(ji)外部(bu)接(jie)線(xian)位(wei)置,以便重(zhong)新裝配(pei)及(ji)接(jie)線(xian)正(zheng)確,還要(yao)檢(jian)查油(you)霧(wu)器(qi)噴(pen)油(you)孔是(shi)否(fou)堵(du)塞(sai),潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)是(shi)否(fou)足(zu)夠(gou)。
4、漏(lou)氣(qi)。漏(lou)氣(qi)會造(zao)成(cheng)空氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)不足,使(shi)得(de)強(qiáng)制(zhi)閥(fa)的啟閉(bi)困(kun)難,原(yuan)因是(shi)密封(feng)墊片損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)滑閥(fa)磨(mo)損(sun)而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)幾個空腔竄氣(qi)。在(zai)處理切(qie)換(huan)系統(tǒng)的REXROTH力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)故障(zhang)時,應(yīng)選(xuan)擇適當(dāng)?shù)?de)時機(jī)(ji), 等該(gai)電(dian)磁閥(fa)處於失(shi)電(dian)時進(jìn)(jin)行處理,若(ruo)在(zai)壹(yi)個切(qie)換(huan)間隙內(nèi)(nei)處理不完,可將(jiang)切(qie)換(huan)系統(tǒng)暫(zan)停,從(cong)容(rong)處理。
