意(yi)大(da)利(li)OMAL歐瑪爾電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)是(shi)自(zi)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)中(zhong)*的(de)壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)重(zhong)要組成(cheng)部分(fen)。它(ta)的(de)作用是(shi)接(jie)受控制器送(song)來的(de)控制信號(hào),改變被(bei)控介質(zhì)(zhi)的(de)大(da)小(xiao),從(cong)而(er)將(jiang)被(bei)控變量(liang)維(wei)持在所要求的數(shù)值(zhi)上或(huo)壹定的範(fàn)(fan)圍內(nèi)(nei)。執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)按(an)其(qi)能源(yuan)形式可分(fen)為氣動(dòng)、液(ye)動(dòng)(dong)、電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)三大(da)類(lei)。氣動(dòng)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)用壓(ya)縮空氣作為(wei)能(neng)源(yuan),其(qi)特點(diǎn)(dian)是(shi)結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)簡(jiǎn)單、動(dòng)作可靠、平(ping)穩(wěn)(wen)、輸(shu)出(chu)推力較大(da)、維(wei)修(xiu)方(fang)便、防(fang)火防(fang)爆,而(er)且(qie)價(jià)格較(jiao)低(di),因(yin)此廣泛(fan)地應(yīng)用於化工(gong)、造紙(zhi)、煉(lian)油(you)等生產(chǎn)過(guo)程中(zhong),它(ta)可(ke)以(yi)方(fang)便地與(yu)被(bei)動(dòng)(dong)儀表(biao)配(pei)套(tao)使(shi)用。即(ji)使(shi)是(shi)使(shi)用電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)儀表(biao)或(huo)計(jì)(ji)算(suan)機(jī)控制時(shí),只(zhi)要經(jīng)過(guo)電(dian)-氣轉(zhuǎn)換(huan)器或(huo)電(dian)-氣閥(fa)門定位器將(jiang)電(dian)信(xin)號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換(huan)為20-100kPa的(de)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣壓(ya)信(xin)號(hào),仍(reng)然(ran)可用氣動(dòng)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)。電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)的(de)能(neng)源(yuan)取用方(fang)便,信(xin)號(hào)傳遞迅(xun)速,但結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)復(fù)(fu)雜(za)、防(fang)爆性(xing)能差(cha)。液(ye)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)在化工(gong)、煉(lian)油(you)等生產(chǎn)過(guo)程中(zhong)基(ji)本(ben)上(shang)不使(shi)用,它(ta)的特點(diǎn)(dian)是(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)推力很(hen)大(da)。

位置傳感(gan)器(qi)部分(fen)
(1)電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)接受(shou)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)(fa)出的(de)開、關(guān)(guan)信(xin)號(hào)後,電(dian)機(jī)能正常(chang)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(dong),但沒(mei)有閥(fa)位反饋(kui)。其(qi)可能(neng)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi):
1)位置傳感(gan)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)位器與(yu)行(xing)程控制機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)不能(neng)同(tong)軸旋(xuan)轉(zhuǎn),需(xu)檢(jian)查(zha)連(lian)接(jie)部分(fen)是(shi)否(fou)損壞(huai);
2)電(dian)位器損(sun)壞(huai)或(huo)性能變(bian)壞(huai),阻值(zhi)不隨(sui)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(dong)而發(fā)(fa)生變化(hua);
3)位置傳感(gan)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)位器及(ji)放大(da)板(ban)間連接導(dǎo)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)正常(chang);
4)PM放大(da)板(ban)是(shi)否(fou)損壞(huai),有無反(fan)饋(kui)信(xin)號(hào)送(song)出。
(2)電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)接受(shou)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)(fa)出的(de)開、關(guān)(guan)信(xin)號(hào)後,電(dian)機(jī)能正常(chang)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(dong),但閥(fa)位反饋(kui)始(shi)終為(wei)壹(yi)固定值,不隨(sui)閥(fa)門的開(kai)、關(guān)而(er)變(bian)化(hua),其(qi)可能(neng)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi):
1)導(dǎo)(dao)電(dian)塑(su)料(liao)電(dian)位器的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi)為壹恒(heng)值(zhi),不隨(sui)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(dong)而變(bian),檢修(xiu)更換(huan)電(dian)位器;
2)放(fang)大(da)板(ban)中(zhong)有關(guān)部分(fen)異(yi)常(chang),檢查處理(li)。
OMAL歐瑪(ma)爾電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)的(de)執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)
1)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)接收(shou)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)(fa)出的(de)開關(guān)(guan)信(xin)號(hào)後,電(dian)機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)並(bing)有嗡嗡(weng)聲(sheng)。其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)可(ke)能是(shi):
1)減(jian)速器的行星(xing)齒輪部分(fen)卡(ka)澀、損壞(huai)或(huo)變形;
2)減(jian)速器(qi)的(de)斜(xie)齒輪傳動(dòng)部分(fen)變(bian)形(xing)或過(guo)度(du)磨(mo)損或損壞(huai);
3)減速(su)器(qi)的渦輪渦桿(gan)或絲(si)桿(gan)螺母(mu)傳動(dòng)部分(fen)變(bian)形(xing)損壞、卡(ka)澀等;4)整(zheng)體機(jī)械(xie)部分(fen)配(pei)合(he)不好,不靈(ling)活(huo),需(xu)調(diào)(tiao)整加(jia)油(you)。
電(dian)氣部分(fen)故(gu)障
1)電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)接受(shou)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)(fa)出的(de)開、關(guān)(guan)信(xin)號(hào)後,電(dian)機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn),也(ye)無嗡(weng)嗡聲(sheng)???ke)能(neng)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi):沒(mei)有交流電(dian)源(yuan)或電(dian)源(yuan)不能(neng)加(jia)到執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)的電(dian)機(jī)部分(fen)或(huo)位置定位器部分(fen);PM放(fang)大(da)板(ban)工作(zuo)不正常(chang),不能(neng)發(fā)(fa)出對(duì)(dui)應(yīng)的(de)控制信號(hào);固態(tài)(tai)繼電(dian)器(qi)部分(fen)損(sun)壞(huai),不能(neng)將(jiang)放(fang)大(da)板(ban)送(song)來的(de)弱(ruo)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)變(bian)成(cheng)電(dian)機(jī)需(xu)要的強(qiáng)(qiang)電(dian)信(xin)號(hào);電(dian)機(jī)熱保護(hù)開(kai)關(guān)(guan)損壞(huai);力矩限制開關(guān)(guan)損(sun)壞;行程限制開關(guān)(guan)損(sun)壞;手(shou)動(dòng)(dong)/自動(dòng)(dong)開關(guān)(guan)位置選錯(cuò)或開(kai)關(guān)(guan)損壞(huai);電(dian)機(jī)損壞。
電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)接受(shou)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)(fa)出的(de)開、關(guān)(guan)信(xin)號(hào)後,電(dian)機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn),有嗡嗡(weng)聲(sheng)。其(qi)可能(neng)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi):電(dian)機(jī)的啟動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)容損(sun)壞;電(dian)機(jī)線(xian)圈匝(za)間輕(qing)微短路(lu);電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)壓(ya)不夠(gou)。
3)電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)接受(shou)控制系統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)(fa)出的(de)開、關(guān)(guan)信(xin)號(hào)後,電(dian)機(jī)抖(dou)動(dòng)(dong),並(bing)伴有咯(ge)咯(ge)聲(sheng),其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)可(ke)能是(shi):PM放(fang)大(da)板(ban)的輸(shu)出(chu)信號(hào)不足不能(neng)使(shi)固態(tài)(tai)繼電(dian)器(qi)*導(dǎo)(dao)通(tong),造成(cheng)電(dian)機(jī)的加載電(dian)壓(ya)不足;固態(tài)(tai)繼電(dian)器(qi)性(xing)能(neng)變壞,造成(cheng)其(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)端未(wei)*導(dǎo)通(tong)。
