GEFRAN電(dian)子尺MK4系列的功能和(he)原理:
運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)傳(chuan)感(gan)器的功能是把(ba)壹個(gè)(ge)機(jī)械位移轉(zhuǎn)換成(cheng)電(dian)氣(qi)信(xin)號(hào)(hao),並(bing)且該信(xin)號(hào)能夠與(yu)機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)(dong)成(cheng)正(zheng)比。電刷裝配(pei)連接到機(jī)械激(ji)勵(lì)器,繼(ji)而(er)使(shi)塑(su)料(liao)阻(zu)軌產(chǎn)(chan)生壹個(gè)(ge)電(dian)壓(ya)分(fen)配(pei)器。電(dian)位計(jì)(ji)的阻(zu)軌 (1,3 )連(lian)接到穩(wěn)定的(de)輸入直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(允許(xu)小(xiao)電(dian)流(liu))。當(dāng)在(zai)電(dian)刷和(he)修正阻軌之(zhi)間測量(liang)時(shí)(shi),信號(hào)電(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)電(dian)壓分配(pei)器的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)部(bu)分(fen),並(bing)且與(yu)阻軌上(shang)的(de)電(dian)刷位置(zhi)成(cheng)正(zheng)比。電位計(jì)(ji)作為壹個(gè)(ge)電(dian)壓(ya)分(fen)配(pei)器,可(ke)以(yi)不(bu)必著(zhe)重(zhong)於阻軌上(shang)的(de)總(zong)電阻(zu)的(de)準(zhǔn)確度,因(yin)為(wei)溫度波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)只(zhi)對(duì)(dui)電阻(zu)產(chǎn)生(sheng)作用,不會(huì)影(ying)響到測量(liang)結(jié)(jie)果。

GEFRAN電(dian)子尺實(shí)(shi)際上(shang)就(jiu)是壹個(gè)(ge)滑(hua)動(dòng)(dong)變(bian)阻器,是作為分壓器(qi)使(shi)用,以(yi)相(xiang)對(duì)(dui)電壓(ya)來(lai)顯示(shi)所測量(liang)位置(zhi)的實(shí)(shi)際位置(zhi)。因此(ci),就(jiu)對(duì)(dui)這(zhe)個(gè)(ge)裝置(zhi)(電子(zi)尺)提(ti)出了幾點(diǎn)(dian)要(yao)求(qiu):
1、供電(dian)電(dian)壓要(yao)穩(wěn)定,工業(yè)(ye)電(dian)源(yuan)要(yao)求(qiu)±0.1%的(de)穩(wěn)定性(xing),比如基準(zhǔn)(zhun)電壓(ya)10V,允許(xu)有±0.01V的波(bo)動(dòng)(dong),否則,會(huì)導(dǎo)(dao)致顯示(shi)的較大波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)。如(ru)果這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)的顯示(shi)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)幅(fu)度不超過(guo)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)壓的波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)幅(fu)度,電子尺就(jiu)屬於(yu)正(zheng)常(chang)。
2、供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)要(yao)有足(zu)夠的(de)容(rong)量,如果電源(yuan)容(rong)量太小(xiao),容(rong)易(yi)發(fā)(fa)生(sheng)如(ru)下情(qing)況:合(he)模(mo)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)會(huì)(hui)導(dǎo)(dao)致射膠(jiao)電(dian)子尺顯示(shi)跳動(dòng)(dong),或(huo)熔(rong)膠(jiao)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)會(huì)(hui)導(dǎo)(dao)致合模(mo)電(dian)子尺的顯示(shi)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)。特(te)別是電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)源(yuan)於電(dian)子(zi)尺供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)在壹起時(shí)(shi)容(rong)易(yi)出(chu)現(xiàn)上(shang)述(shu)情(qing)況,嚴(yán)重(zhong)時(shí)(shi)可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)的(de)電(dian)壓檔(dang)測量(liang)到電壓(ya)的(de)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)。如(ru)果在排除(chu)了靜電(dian)幹?jǐn)_、高(gao)頻幹?jǐn)_、對(duì)(dui)中性(xing)不好(hao)的(de)情(qing)況下仍(reng)不(bu)能解(jie)決(jue)問題(ti),也可(ke)以(yi)懷疑是電(dian)源(yuan)的功率偏(pian)小(xiao)。
3、不(bu)能有外界(jie)的幹?jǐn)_,包(bao)括(kuo)靜電(dian)幹?jǐn)_和(he)高(gao)頻幹?jǐn)_。因(yin)此(ci),設(shè)備(bei)的強(qiáng)電(dian)線路與(yu)電子(zi)尺的信號(hào)線(xian)應(yīng)(ying)分(fen)開(kai)線(xian)槽(cao)。電(dian)子尺應(yīng)使(shi)用強(qiáng)制(zhi)接地(di)支(zhi)架(jia),且使(shi)電子(zi)尺外殼(可(ke)測量(liang)端蓋螺絲(si)與(yu)支架(jia)之(zhi)間的(de)電阻(zu),應(yīng)小(xiao)於(yu)1Ω電(dian)阻)良好(hao)接地(di),信(xin)號(hào)線應(yīng)(ying)使(shi)用屏蔽(bi)線(xian),且在(zai)電(dian)箱(xiang)的壹端應(yīng)予(yu)將(jiang)屏蔽(bi)線(xian)接地(di)或(huo)接直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)負(fù)極。靜電(dian)幹?jǐn)_時(shí)(shi),壹般萬用表(biao)的(de)電(dian)壓測量(liang)非(fei)常(chang)正常(chang),但就(jiu)是顯(xian)示(shi)數(shù)字跳動(dòng)(dong);高(gao)頻幹?jǐn)_時(shí)(shi)其現(xiàn)象(xiang)也壹樣(yang)。驗(yàn)證是不是(shi)靜電(dian)幹?jǐn)_,用(yong)壹段(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)線將(jiang)電(dian)子尺的封蓋螺絲(si)與(yu)機(jī)器上(shang)某(mou)壹點(diǎn)(dian)金屬短接即(ji)可(ke),只(zhi)要(yao)壹短(duan)接,靜(jing)電(dian)幹?jǐn)_立(li)即(ji)消除(chu)。但(dan)高(gao)頻幹?jǐn)_就(jiu)難以(yi)用(yong)上(shang)述(shu)辦(ban)法消除(chu),而(er)且機(jī)器手、變頻(pin)節(jié)(jie)電器多(duo)出(chu)現(xiàn)高(gao)頻幹?jǐn)_,可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)停(ting)止機(jī)器手或(huo)變頻(pin)節(jié)電器的辦(ban)法驗(yàn)證。
4、不能接錯(cuò)(cuo)電(dian)子(zi)尺的三條線,1#、3#線是電(dian)源(yuan)線,2#是(shi)輸出線(xian)除(chu)1#、3#線(xian)電源(yuan)線可(ke)以(yi)調(diào)(tiao)換外,2#線(xian)只能是輸出線(xian)。上(shang)述(shu)線(xian)壹旦(dan)接錯(cuò)(cuo),將(jiang)出(chu)現(xiàn)線(xian)性(xing)誤(wu)差大,控(kong)制(zhi)精度差,容(rong)易(yi)顯(xian)示(shi)跳動(dòng)(dong)等(deng)現(xiàn)象(xiang)。如果出現(xiàn)控(kong)制(zhi)非(fei)常(chang)困難,就(jiu)應(yīng)該懷疑是接錯(cuò)(cuo)線(xian)。
5、安裝對(duì)(dui)中性(xing)要(yao)好(hao),角(jiao)度容(rong)許(xu)±12°誤(wu)差,平行(xing)度偏(pian)差容(rong)許(xu)±0.5mm,是(shi)指(zhi)某(mou)壹誤(wu)差,如果角(jiao)度誤(wu)差和(he)平行(xing)度誤(wu)差都偏(pian)大,就(jiu)會(huì)導(dǎo)(dao)致顯示(shi)數(shù)字跳動(dòng)(dong)。在(zai)這(zhe)種情(qing)況下,壹般可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)的(de)電(dian)壓檔(dang)測出(chu)電(dian)壓的波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)。壹定要(yao)作角(jiao)度和(he)平行(xing)度的(de)調(diào)(tiao)整。請(qǐng)(qing)特別(bie)註意(yi):在現(xiàn)場將(jiang)電(dian)子尺的鋁合金(jin)支(zhi)架(jia)更換(huan)成(cheng)不(bu)銹鋼支(zhi)架(jia)後,同(tong)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)將(jiang)拉桿(gan)牽引(yin)安裝位升(sheng)高(gao)2 mm。否則,接地(di)問(wen)題解(jie)決(jue)了,又(you)形(xing)成(cheng)了不對(duì)(dui)中的(de)問題(ti),必須(xu)同(tong)時(shí)(shi)解(jie)決(jue)。
6、對(duì)(dui)於使(shi)用時(shí)(shi)間很久(jiu)的(de)電(dian)子(zi)尺,由於前(qian)期(qi)產(chǎn)(chan)品無(wu)密(mi)封,可(ke)能有很多(duo)雜質(zhì)(zhi),並(bing)有油、水(shui)混(hun)合(he)物(wu),影響電刷的(de)接觸(chu)電(dian)阻(zu),導(dǎo)(dao)致顯示(shi)數(shù)字跳動(dòng)(dong),可(ke)以(yi)認(rèn)(ren)為是(shi)電(dian)子(zi)尺本(ben)身的(de)早(zao)期(qi)損(sun)壞。
