電廠阿托斯比例(li)溢流閥AGMZO-REB-P-NP-10/210/EI的主要作(zuo)用
定壓(ya)溢流作(zuo)用:在定(ding)量泵(beng)節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)(tong)中(zhong),定量泵(beng)提(ti)供(gong)的(de)是恒定(ding)流量。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)增(zeng)大(da)時(shí)(shi),會(huì)(hui)使(shi)流量需求減小(xiao)。此時(shí)(shi)溢(yi)流閥開啟,使多余流量溢回(hui)油(you)箱,保(bao)證溢(yi)流閥進(jìn)(jin)口壓(ya)力(li),即泵(beng)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)恒(heng)定(閥口常(chang)隨壓(ya)力(li)波動(dòng)(dong)開啟)。
穩(wěn)(wen)壓作(zuo)用:溢流閥串聯(lián)在回(hui)油(you)路(lu)上(shang),溢(yi)流閥產(chǎn)生背壓,運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)部件(jian)平穩(wěn)(wen)性增加(jia)。
系統(tǒng)(tong)卸荷(he)作(zuo)用:在溢(yi)流閥的遙控口串接溢(yi)小(xiao)流量的電磁(ci)閥,當(dāng)電磁(ci)鐵通(tong)電時(shí)(shi),溢(yi)流閥的遙控口通(tong)油(you)箱,此時(shí)(shi)液壓(ya)泵(beng)卸荷(he)。溢流閥此時(shí)(shi)作(zuo)為卸荷(he)閥使用。
安全保(bao)護(hù)作(zuo)用:系統(tǒng)(tong)正(zheng)常工作(zuo)時(shí)(shi),閥門關(guān)閉(bi)。只(zhi)有負(fù)(fu)載超過規(guī)(gui)定的極(ji)限(xian)(系統(tǒng)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)超過調(diào)定壓(ya)力(li))時(shí)(shi)開(kai)啟溢流,進(jìn)(jin)行過(guo)載保護(hù),使(shi)系統(tǒng)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)不再增加(jia)(通(tong)常使溢流閥的調(diào)定壓力(li)比系統(tǒng)(tong)高工作(zuo)壓(ya)力(li)高10%~20%)。

1.看(kan)液壓(ya)回(hui)路(lu)的(de)構(gòu)(gou)成(cheng)
在定(ding)量泵(beng)調(diào)(tiao)速(su)系統(tǒng)(tong)中(zhong),由於泵(beng)的(de)供(gong)油(you)流量是壹(yi)定(ding)的,當(dāng)(dang)通(tong)過節(jié)流閥進(jìn)(jin)行流量調(diào)節(jié)(節(jié)流調(diào)速(su)過程(cheng))時(shí)(shi),多(duo)余的(de)流量則(ze)從溢(yi)流閥溢流回(hui)油(you)箱,這時(shí)(shi)溢(yi)流閥壹(yi)方(fang)面(mian)起(qi)調(diào)(tiao)定(ding)系統(tǒng)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用,另(ling)壹(yi)方(fang)面(mian)在節(jié)流閥進(jìn)(jin)行流量調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)(shi)起(qi)溢(yi)流穩(wěn)(wen)壓作(zuo)用,溢流閥在這類工作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)是開啟的(常開)。
而在變(bian)量泵(beng)系統(tǒng)(tong)中(zhong),速(su)度的(de)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)是通(tong)過改(gai)變(bian)泵(beng)的(de)流量來實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)的(de),這個(gè)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),沒有多余的(de)流量從溢流閥溢出,溢流閥不開啟(常閉(bi))。只(zhi)有當(dāng)負(fù)(fu)載壓力(li)達(dá)(da)到或(huo)超過溢流閥的調(diào)定壓力(li)時(shí)(shi),溢(yi)流閥才開啟、溢流,使系統(tǒng)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)不再升高,起(qi)限(xian)定系統(tǒng)(tong)高壓(ya)力(li),保(bao)護(hù)液壓(ya)系統(tǒng)(tong)的(de)作(zuo)用,像這種情(qing)況(kuang)下溢流閥我們(men)稱(cheng)作(zuo)為安(an)全閥。
