運(yùn)行(xing)操作
1.要避(bi)免(mian)存留臟物(wu)、雜(za)物進(jìn)入減(jian)壓閥減(jian)壓保障(zhang)系統(tǒng)(tong)。新建或(huo)者(zhe)改造(zao)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)減(jian)壓系統(tǒng)(tong)管網(wǎng)(wang),很(hen)可(ke)能遺留沙(sha)粒、麻(ma)絲(si)、雜(za)物。投(tou)運(yùn)前,壹般(ban)都(dou)應(yīng)(ying)進(jìn)行(xing)水沖洗,滿(man)足(zu)清潔要求後(hou),後(hou)裝上(shang)減(jian)壓閥和過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)濾(lv)芯,這(zhe)樣(yang)才能避(bi)免(mian)雜(za)物流(liu)入減(jian)壓閥,杜絕(jue)減(jian)壓閥卡(ka)芯現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang)。在系統(tǒng)(tong)進(jìn)入工(gong)作(zuo)後,保障(zhang)減壓系統(tǒng)(tong)的(de)水流(liu)暢通(tong)與(yu)否(fou),與(yu)設(shè)置(zhi)在(zai)系統(tǒng)(tong)上(shang)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)流(liu)通能(neng)力(li)關(guān)(guan)系密切(qie),如濾(lv)芯被雜(za)物嚴(yán)重(zhong)吸(xi)附,則(ze)會(huì)影響(xiang)減(jian)壓閥的(de)工(gong)作(zuo),為(wei)此必需(xu)對(duì)(dui)過濾(lv)器(qi)進(jìn)行(xing)定(ding)期檢(jian)查,及時(shí)清除汙穢(hui)。實(shí)(shi)踐(jian)表明這(zhe)項(xiàng)工(gong)作2至(zhi)3個(gè)月(yue)必須(xu)進(jìn)行(xing)壹次,有些可(ke)調(diào)(tiao)式(彈(dan)簧式(shi)、薄膜(mo)式(shi))減(jian)壓閥,其主(zhu)閥或(huo)者(zhe)導(dǎo)閥自(zi)身設(shè)置(zhi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi),同樣(yang)需(xu)要定(ding)期拆洗濾(lv)芯。
2.1用1備的(de)減(jian)壓閥組(zu)應(yīng)(ying)定(ding)期輪(lun)換(huan)工作(zuo)。大(da)部(bu)分高(gao)層(ceng)建築生活(huo)給水減壓閥減(jian)壓保障(zhang)系統(tǒng)(tong),是(shi)以給水豎向(xiang)分區(qū)設(shè)置(zhi)的(de),壹般(ban)設(shè)在(zai)每(mei)壹給水分區(qū)總管(guan)上(shang)??紤]到眾(zhong)多用戶(hu)的(de)用水可靠安全(quan)性(住(zhu)宅(zhai)每(mei)壹分區(qū)有幾(ji)十戶(hu)至(zhi)上(shang)百戶(hu),公(gong)共(gong)建築如賓館(guan)、飯(fan)店(dian),每(mei)壹分區(qū)有幾(ji)十套客房(fang)……),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)減壓閥應(yīng)(ying)兩套並(bing)列安裝(1用1備)。減(jian)壓通路兩側(cè)都(dou)輔(fu)以(yi)閘(zha)閥或(huo)蝶(die)閥,可(ke)啟(qi)閉(bi)任(ren)壹減壓通道,為使(shi)並(bing)列的(de)兩(liang)套減(jian)壓閥通(tong)道能(neng)正常(chang)工作(zuo),常(chang)規(guī)(gui)壹個(gè)月(yue)輪(lun)流(liu)交(jiao)換(huan)壹次,擱置(zhi)時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)(chang)減(jian)壓通道死水結(jié)垢,減壓元件閥芯(xin)會(huì)卡(ka)住(zhu)失效(xiao)。
3.應(yīng)(ying)及時(shí)排除管道(dao)中(zhong)的(de)積(ji)氣(qi)。當(dāng)(dang)空(kong)氣(qi)進(jìn)入減(jian)壓管網(wǎng)(wang)或(huo)管(guan)網(wǎng)(wang)內(nèi)(nei)隨(sui)壓力(li)變化(hua)時(shí)氣(qi)體從(cong)水中析出,這(zhe)時(shí)區(qū)域(yu)內(nèi)(nei)用戶(hu)的(de)水壓極不穩(wěn)定(ding);處在(zai)供水不利(li)點(diǎn)(dian)用水器(qi)更(geng)是(shi)壓力(li)變化(hua)急(ji)驟(zhou),有時(shí)呈現(xiàn)(xian)虛假(jia)的(de)峰(feng)值(zhi)壓力(li),有時(shí)還會(huì)抽吸(xi)斷水,還有管網(wǎng)(wang)會(huì)(hui)伴(ban)隨(sui)撞擊聲(sheng)。產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)這(zhe)種現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang),會(huì)影響(xiang)燃(ran)氣(qi)熱(re)水器(qi)、電(dian)熱(re)水器(qi)等穩(wěn)定(ding)工作(zuo),嚴(yán)重(zhong)時(shí)會(huì)被毀壞;對(duì)(dui)各種(zhong)盥(guan)洗器(qi)具(ju)的(de)進(jìn)水連(lian)接(jie)管(guan)破(po)壞(huai)力(li)也很(hen)大(da),因此爆管(guan)的(de)事(shi)件(jian)屢(lv)有發(fā)生;有些水表無法正確計(jì)量(liang),出現(xiàn)(xian)用戶(hu)不(bu)用水,水表也會(huì)不(bu)斷地轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)動(dòng)。為杜絕(jue)這(zhe)類(lei)事故(gu),應(yīng)(ying)檢查屋頂水箱生活(huo)給水總管(guan)的(de)蓄(xu)水高(gao)程(cheng)是(shi)否滿(man)足(zu),如不滿(man)足(zu)水箱出水口處會(huì)(hui)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)水旋,吸(xi)入空(kong)氣(qi)。排(pai)除這(zhe)壹故(gu)障可(ke)調(diào)整(zheng)水箱內(nèi)液位控(kong)制器(qi)的(de)低(di)水位高(gao)程(cheng),經(jīng)(jing)驗(yàn)(yan)表(biao)明壹般(ban)低(di)水位距(ju)出水口應(yīng)(ying)不小(xiao)於0.3m。也可反(fan)復(fù)開啟(qi)設(shè)置(zhi)在(zai)分區(qū)、減壓系統(tǒng)(tong)兩側(cè)的(de)壓力(li)表(biao)放氣(qi)旋塞(sai),把已進(jìn)入管(guan)網(wǎng)(wang)內(nèi)(nei)的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)徐(xu)徐(xu)排(pai)出。如采(cai)取(qu)上(shang)述(shu)措施後,在(zai)分區(qū)總管(guan)末(mo)梢(shao)以下的(de)壹些用水器(qi)還(hai)出現(xiàn)(xian)上(shang)述(shu)現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang),可以(yi)在(zai)這(zhe)些部(bu)位(wei)增設(shè)自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)排氣(qi)裝置(zhi)。
4.註(zhu)意(yi)減(jian)壓閥的(de)減(jian)壓保障(zhang)系統(tǒng)(tong)。無論選(xuan)用比(bi)例(li)式(shi)還(hai)是(shi)可調(diào)(tiao)式減(jian)壓閥,其減(jian)壓比(bi)P1∶P2不(bu)宜(yi)選(xuan)擇過大(da),壹般(ban)應(yīng)(ying)控(kong)制在(zai)5∶1之內(nèi)(nei)。超(chao)過這(zhe)個(gè)範(fàn)圍易(yi)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)氣(qi)蝕(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang),損壞(huai)閥件(jian),產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)嘯(xiao)叫噪音。有些活(huo)塞(sai)式減(jian)壓閥,制(zhi)造(zao)廠(chang)在其閥體上(shang)加(jia)工(gong)壹個(gè)直徑1.5mm左右的(de)小(xiao)孔,其功(gong)能(neng)是(shi)讓閥芯(xin)運(yùn)動(dòng)(dong)時(shí)起(qi)到透(tou)吸(xi)氣(qi)作(zuo)用,維護(hù)(hu)管理時(shí)應(yīng)(ying)註意(yi)千萬不(bu)要將(jiang)小孔塞(sai)住(zhu),否(fou)則(ze)影響(xiang)減(jian)壓閥的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)。
5.加(jia)強(qiáng)(qiang)減壓閥保障(zhang)系統(tǒng)(tong)的(de)管(guan)理,要註意(yi)觀(guan)察(cha)減(jian)壓閥本(ben)身的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)動(dòng)(dong)態(tài)(tai)。閥前、閥後(hou)壓力(li)數(shù)(shu)值(zhi)接(jie)近,表(biao)明(ming)減壓閥本(ben)身已存在(zai)故(gu)障。即(ji)活(huo)塞(sai)式減(jian)壓閥的(de)閥芯(xin)與(yu)閥體間的(de)平(ping)面(mian)密封橡(xiang)膠件損壞;薄(bo)膜(mo)式(shi)可調(diào)(tiao)型減壓閥主(zhu)閥膜(mo)片有裂(lie)痕(hen)和O型(xing)圈損(sun)壞,及(ji)導(dǎo)閥連(lian)通(tong)管(guan)堵(du)塞(sai),造(zao)成減壓閥減(jian)壓作用削(xue)弱(ruo)或(huo)者(zhe)失效(xiao)。這(zhe)對(duì)(dui)分區(qū)管網(wǎng)(wang)危(wei)害(hai)極(ji)大,特別是(shi)許多(duo)用水設(shè)備(bei)可(ke)能因(yin)超(chao)壓力(li)而出現(xiàn)(xian)爆管(guan),必須(xu)及(ji)時(shí)修復(fù)。比(bi)例(li)式(shi)(活(huo)塞(sai)型)減(jian)壓閥閥體上(shang)的(de)透(tou)吸(xi)氣(qi)小(xiao)孔如出現(xiàn)(xian)滴漏(lou)不止(zhi),表明(ming)閥芯(xin)上(shang)幾(ji)檔O型(xing)密封圈已經(jīng)(jing)磨損,要更(geng)換(huan)密封件。但(dan)在修理拆裝減(jian)壓元件時(shí),要謹(jǐn)慎細(xì)心,調(diào)換(huan)內(nèi)密封件;清理雜(za)物時(shí),應(yīng)(ying)因勢(shì)(shi)利(li)導(dǎo),不(bu)要用金屬(shu)棒(bang)、硬(ying)梗撬閥的(de)活(huo)動(dòng)部(bu)位(wei),使(shi)用木(mu)榔(lang)頭和木(mu)柄敲擊震動(dòng)(dong),慢(man)慢(man)拆卸(xie)閥內(nèi)(nei)部件(jian)。修理完(wan)畢(bi)後重(zhong)新(xin)安裝時(shí),壹定(ding)要和閥門(men)上(shang)的(de)流(liu)向(xiang)指(zhi)示(shi)保持(chi)壹致(zhi)。
6.註意(yi)檢(jian)查比(bi)例(li)式(shi)減(jian)壓閥的(de)安裝位(wei)置(zhi)。高(gao)層(ceng)內(nèi)減壓閥設(shè)計(jì)安裝的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)不(bu)妥(tuo),會(huì)出現(xiàn)(xian)減(jian)壓閥閥後(hou)壓力(li)忽(hu)高(gao)忽(hu)低,管網(wǎng)(wang)壓力(li)嚴(yán)重(zhong)偏(pian)離(li)允(yun)許(xu)範(fàn)圍,伴隨(sui)毀壞淋浴(yu)器(qi),水管爆裂(lie)和損(sun)壞用戶(hu)水表等事故(gu)發(fā)生;有時(shí)也會(huì)水流(liu)不暢(chang),分區(qū)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)(xian)無規(guī)律(lv)的(de)斷水現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang),影響(xiang)用戶(hu)用水。出現(xiàn)(xian)類(lei)似(si)事(shi)故(gu),檢查整(zheng)個(gè)減壓閥減(jian)壓分區(qū)給水系統(tǒng)(tong),無疑點(diǎn)(dian)可找(zhao);拆卸(xie)減(jian)壓閥過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)等元件(jian)並(bing)無異常;有些物(wu)業(yè)(ye)管理單(dan)位(wei)甚(shen)至(zhi)懷疑減(jian)壓閥的(de)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)性(xing)能(neng),多(duo)次調(diào)換(huan)新的(de)減(jian)壓閥,也不能(neng)解(jie)決問題(ti)。這(zhe)時(shí)可從(cong)檢(jian)查比(bi)例(li)減(jian)壓閥設(shè)計(jì)安裝位(wei)置(zhi)是(shi)否合(he)理著手(shou),認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)檢(jian)查管網(wǎng)(wang)系統(tǒng)(tong)是(shi)否存(cun)在等位倒虹(hong)管現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang),即(ji)分區(qū)的(de)輸出管路(lu)標(biāo)高(gao)相(xiang)近。此(ci)類(lei)情況在主、副(fu)樓(lou)同壹屋頂水箱,下給水供水系統(tǒng)(tong)中很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)出現(xiàn)(xian)。發(fā)現(xiàn)(xian)這(zhe)些問題(ti),可(ke)以(yi)考慮把(ba)比(bi)例(li)減(jian)壓閥安裝位(wei)置(zhi)提(ti)高(gao)壹個(gè)層面(mian)(不能(neng)提(ti)得(de)太(tai)高(gao),必須(xu)顧(gu)全(quan)分區(qū)內(nèi)用水設(shè)備(bei)的(de)承(cheng)壓規(guī)範(fàn)要求);也可在(zai)主(zhu)、副(fu)樓(lou)內(nèi)(nei),分設(shè)兩(liang)組(zu)獨(dú)立(li)的(de)比(bi)例(li)減(jian)壓閥給水系統(tǒng)(tong)。
