HYDAC賀德(de)克(ke)液位計(jì)常規(guī)(gui)檢(jian)查及故障解決方法,適(shi)用(yong)於(yu)磁翻板(ban)液位計(jì),雙色(se)石(shi)英管(guan)液位計(jì),玻璃(li)管(guan)液位計(jì),等
1、先檢查電源(yuan)是否(fou)接對(duì),如發(fā)(fa)現(xiàn)(xian)接法(fa)不(bu)正確應(yīng)(ying)依(yi)照操作(zuo)手(shou)冊(cè)(ce)進(jìn)(jin)行修改(gai)。
2、用三(san)電壓表(biao)量(liang)測(cè)+24V與O/P間(jian)之(zhi)電(dian)壓,電(dian)壓應(yīng)(ying)在(zai)13V~36V之(zhi)間(jian),若電(dian)壓不(bu)正(zheng)常應(yīng)(ying)查看線(xian)路(lu)或(huo)相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)設(shè)(she)備(bei)是否(fou)異常(chang)。
3. 第2項(xiàng)應(yīng)(ying)先確認(rèn)正(zheng)常後(hou),再於4~20MA回(hui)路(lu)串壹(yi)只毫安電表(biao),檢(jian)查電流是否(fou)正常(chang),若電(dian)流值不(bu)正常(chang)應(yīng)(ying)更換新(xin)品(pin)或(huo)洽客服(fu)人(ren)員。
4.用電(dian)壓表(biao)檢(jian)查IN與COM間(jian)之(zhi)電(dian)壓,正(zheng)常(chang)應(yīng)(ying)為2.5V左右,若電(dian)壓過(guò)(guo)低應(yīng)(ying)再移除EXC導(dǎo)(dao)線(xian)看看(kan),如果(guo)電(dian)壓恢復(fù)(fu)正(zheng)常(chang)則(ze)表(biao)示磁黃模(mo)塊(kuai)不(bu)正(zheng)常,若電(dian)仍(reng)然(ran)偏(pian)低則表(biao)示(shi)訊號(hào)(hao)轉(zhuǎn)換器損壞(huai)。若發(fā)(fa)現(xiàn)(xian)以(yi)上(shang)之(zhi)現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)按照(zhao)實(shí)際狀況(kuang)更(geng)換訊(xun)號(hào)(hao)轉(zhuǎn)換器或(huo)洽客服(fu)人(ren)員。

隨著(zhe)工(gong)業(yè)的不斷(duan)發(fā)(fa)展,液(ye)位傳感(gan)器被(bei)愈(yu)來(lái)愈(yu)多(duo)的行業(yè)(ye)所(suo)應(yīng)(ying)用,在(zai)使(shi)用變送(song)器的時(shí)(shi)候,我(wo)們需要註意(yi)壹(yi)些(xie)問(wèn)(wen)題(ti),這(zhe)樣(yang)不(bu)僅(jin)僅使(shi)我(wo)們的測(cè)量更(geng)加準(zhǔn)(zhun)確,同時(shí)(shi)也(ye)能使(shi)我(wo)們的液位傳感(gan)器使(shi)用的壽命(ming)更(geng)長(zhǎng)(chang)。看(kan)看(kan)都(dou)有(you)哪些(xie)需要註意(yi)的事項(xiàng)吧(ba): 1、切勿(wu)用高(gao)於36V電(dian)壓加到(dao)變送(song)器上(shang),否(fou)則會(huì)(hui)導(dǎo)(dao)致(zhi)變送(song)器損壞(huai);
2、切勿(wu)用硬(ying)物碰觸(chu)膜片(pian),否(fou)則會(huì)(hui)導(dǎo)(dao)致(zhi)隔離(li)膜(mo)片(pian)損壞(huai);
3、液位傳感(gan)器測(cè)量的介質(zhì)不允(yun)許結(jié)冰,否則(ze)將(jiang)損傷(shang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器元件(jian)隔(ge)離(li)膜(mo)片(pian),導(dǎo)(dao)致(zhi)變送(song)器損壞(huai),必要時(shí)(shi)需對(duì)變送(song)器進(jìn)(jin)行溫度保護(hù)(hu),以(yi)防(fang)結(jié)冰;
4、在(zai)測(cè)量蒸汽或(huo)其(qi)他高溫(wen)介質(zhì)時(shí)(shi),其溫(wen)度不應(yīng)(ying)超(chao)過(guò)液(ye)位傳感(gan)器使(shi)用時(shí)(shi)的極(ji)限(xian)溫度,高於(yu)變液(ye)位傳感(gan)器使(shi)用的極(ji)限(xian)溫度必須使(shi)用散熱裝置(zhi);
5、測(cè)量蒸汽或(huo)其(qi)他高溫(wen)介質(zhì)時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)(ying)使(shi)用散熱管(guan),使(shi)液位傳感(gan)器和(he)管(guan)道(dao)連(lian)在(zai)壹(yi)起,並(bing)使(shi)用管(guan)道(dao)上(shang)的壓力(li)傳(chuan)至變壓器。當(dāng)(dang)被(bei)測(cè)介質(zhì)為水(shui)蒸氣時(shí)(shi),散熱管(guan)中要註入適(shi)量(liang)的水(shui),以(yi)防(fang)過(guò)(guo)熱蒸汽直接與液位傳感(gan)器接觸(chu),損壞(huai)傳感(gan)器;
6、在(zai)壓力(li)傳(chuan)輸(shu)過(guò)程(cheng)中,應(yīng)(ying)註意(yi)以(yi)下幾(ji)點(diǎn),
a、液(ye)位傳感(gan)器與散熱管(guan)連(lian)接處(chu),切勿(wu)漏氣;
b、開(kāi)始(shi)使(shi)用前(qian),如果(guo)閥門(men)是關(guān)(guan)閉的,則使(shi)用時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)(ying)該非常小(xiao)心、緩(huan)慢(man)地(di)打(da)開(kāi)閥門(men),以(yi)免被(bei)測(cè)介質(zhì)直接沖(chong)擊液(ye)位傳感(gan)器膜(mo)片(pian),從而(er)損壞(huai)傳感(gan)器膜(mo)片(pian);
c、管(guan)路(lu)中必須保(bao)持(chi)暢通(tong),管(guan)道(dao)中的沈(chen)積物會(huì)(hui)彈出(chu),並(bing)損壞(huai)傳感(gan)器膜(mo)片(pian)。
