VICKERS電磁(ci)閥(又是(shi)安全閥)的(de)主閥按配(pei)合(he)形式不同可分為(wei)三(san)級(ji)同心、二(er)級(ji)同心和(he)滑(hua)閥式三(san)類(lei)。其中滑(hua)閥式結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)工(gong)作壓(ya)力(li)低(di),控制(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)精度不高;三級(ji)同心結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)雖(sui)成熟(shu),應(yīng)用(yong)較(jiao)廣,但與(yu)二(er)級(ji)同心式(shi)比(bi)較(jiao),不及二級(ji)同心式(shi)動(dong)作靈(ling)敏(min),規(guī)(gui)格(ge)相(xiang)同,行(xing)程(cheng)相(xiang)同時(shí)(shi),二(er)級(ji)同心結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)的(de)通(tong)油(you)能力(li)遠(yuǎn)(yuan)大(da)於三級(ji)同心結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou);二(er)級(ji)同心式(shi)控制(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)穩(wěn)定,加工(gong)工(gong)藝性(xing)好,二級同心式(shi)應(yīng)用(yong)前(qian)景(jing)廣闊(kuo),這(zhe)裏以二(er)級同心結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou),討(tao)論其(qi)結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)尺寸(cun)設(shè)計(jì)(ji)方法(fa)。

VICKERS電磁(ci)閥和(he)安全閥為(wei)壹(yi)體,組(zu)成先導(dǎo)(dao)式(shi)壓力(li)閥,該閥即(ji)是(shi)卸荷閥又是(shi)安全閥,有時(shí)(shi)又是(shi)溢(yi)流閥。卸荷時(shí)(shi)其(qi)控制(zhi)油(you)道貫穿(chuan)各(ge)路(lu)換向閥,同前(qian)述(shu)卸荷油(you)道。當(dāng)各(ge)路(lu)換向閥處(chu)於中立(li)位(wei)置(zhi)時(shí)(shi),卸荷閥的(de)控制(zhi)油(you)道貫穿(chuan)各(ge)路(lu)換向閥並(bing)與(yu)油(you)箱連(lian)通(tong)。卸荷時(shí)(shi),大(da)部(bu)分油(you)液卸荷,通(tong)道短(duan),壓力(li)損(sun)失低(di)。任壹路(lu)閥換向工(gong)作,便(bian)切(qie)斷(duan)控制(zhi)油(you)道,油(you)源來油(you)就從(cong)換(huan)向閥進(jìn)入(ru)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)元件(jian)工(gong)作,其(qi)工(gong)作壓(ya)力(li)大(da)小(xiao)由導(dǎo)(dao)閥控制(zhi)。此時(shí)(shi)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)為(wei)導(dǎo)(dao)閥調(diào)整(zheng)壓力。該種卸荷方式(shi),即(ji)使(shi)換(huan)向閥路(lu)數(shù)增加(jia),只(zhi)是(shi)控制(zhi)油(you)道增加(jia),卸荷壓力(li)增加(jia)不大,始終(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)較低(di)卸荷壓力(li),此種卸荷方式(shi)多(duo)用(yong)於手動(dong)換向閥,卸荷可靠。
