OMAL歐瑪爾AE系(xi)列電動執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器在(zai)通電前,必須進(jin)行(xing)外觀(guan)檢(jian)查(zha)和(he)絕緣(yuan)檢(jian)查(zha),動(dong)力回路(弧(hu)電回路)及(ji)信(xin)號觸(chu)點對外殼的絕緣,用(yong)500V兆(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)測不得(de)低於(yu)20MΩ:信(xin)號輸(shu)人、輸(shu)出(chu)回路及(ji)它們與(yu)動(dong)力回路之間的絕(jue)緣(yuan),除特殊(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)外,不應(ying)低於(yu)l0mΩ合格後(hou)方(fang)可通(tong)電。在通(tong)電後(hou),應檢(jian)查(zha)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)、電機及(ji)電子(zi)電路部分元(yuan)件等是(shi)否過(guo)熱(re),轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)動(dong)部件是(shi)否有雜(za)音,發(fā)現(xiàn)異(yi)常現(xiàn)象應立即(ji)切斷(duan)電源,查(zha)明(ming)原因(yin)。未(wei)查(zha)明(ming)原因(yin)前,不要(yao)輕(qing)易(yi)焊(han)下(xia)元件。更(geng)換(huan)電子(zi)元件時,應防止(zhi)溫度過(guo)高,損壞(huai)元件。更(geng)換(huan)場(chang)效應管和集(ji)成(cheng)電路時(shi)壹定(ding)要(yao)把(ba)電烙鐵(tie)妥(tuo)獸接地(di),或(huo)脫(tuo)離電源利(li)用(yong)余熱進(jin)行(xing)焊(han)接(jie)。拆卸零(ling)部件、元器件或焊(han)接(jie)導線時,應(ying)做好(hao)標(biao)記,對應記號。應盡(jin)公避免(mian)被檢(jian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)回路開(kai)路,避(bi)免(mian)被檢(jian)設(she)備(bei)在(zai)有輸(shu)人信(xin)號時(shi)停(ting)電。檢(jian)修後(hou)的設(she)備(bei)必(bi)須(xu)進(jin)行(xing)校驗。對幹電動機(ji)要檢(jian)查(zha)線圈對外殼及(ji)線圈之間的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,測(ce)皿(min)線圈直流(liu)電組,清洗(xi)軸承並加(jia)潤滑油(you),檢(jian)查(zha)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)子(zi)、定子(zi)線圈及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)裝(zhuang);對於(yu)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)要(yao)解體清洗(xi)各(ge)部件,檢(jian)查(zha)行(xing)星齒輪(lun)部分的(de)情(qing)況,檢(jian)查(zha)斜(xie)齒輪(lun)部分的(de)情(qing)況,檢(jian)查(zha)渦(wo)輪(lun)渦(wo)桿或絲(si)桿螺(luo)母的嚙合情(qing)況,後(hou)進(jin)行(xing)裝(zhuang)配(pei)、調(diào)(tiao)整並加(jia)長(chang)效鏗基潤滑脂(zhi)。對於(yu)位(wei)置(zhi)傳感(gan)器(qi)部分要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)外觀(guan)檢(jian)查(zha),檢(jian)查(zha)電位(wei)器(qi)與(yu)行(xing)程控制(zhi)機(ji)構(gòu)(gou)的(de)同(tong)軸連接情(qing)況,檢(jian)查(zha)電位(wei)器(qi)的基(ji)本情(qing)況,檢(jian)查(zha)電位(wei)器(qi)及(ji)放大(da)板(ban)之間的連(lian)接(jie)情(qing)況。

當(dang)選用(yong)低(di)功耗半(ban)休(xiu)眠模(mo)式(shi)的(de)功能(neng),閥(fa)門(men)開度傳感(gan)器(qi)就(jiu)要(yao)選用(yong)停(ting)電狀況下(xia)不影(ying)響位(wei)置(zhi)記(ji)憶(yi)的傳感(gan)器(qi),例(li)如電位(wei)器(qi)或全行(xing)程多圈值編碼器。電位(wei)器(qi)的精(jing)度與(yu)測(ce)量(liang)行(xing)程有限,在(zai)電動執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器上(shang)的使(shi)用(yong)有兩種(zhong)方(fang)法,壹(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)全行(xing)程用(yong)壹(yi)次電位(wei)器(qi)行(xing)程(通(tong)過(guo)變(bian)速(su)),斷(duan)電位(wei)置(zhi)不會(hui)丟失(shi),但(dan)是(shi)那樣(yang)精(jing)度很低(di);另(ling)壹種(zhong)是(shi)用(yong)多次電位(wei)器(qi)行(xing)程,位(wei)置(zhi)精(jing)度是(shi)提(ti)高了,但(dan)是(shi)每次超(chao)出行(xing)程就(jiu)要靠電子(zi)記憶(yi)實(shi)現(xiàn),當(dang)斷(duan)電後(hou)沒有了電子(zi)記憶(yi)位(wei)置(zhi),如果(guo)用(yong)電池實(shi)現(xiàn)記憶,需(xu)耗費(fei)較多電池能量(liang)。如果(guo)用(yong)霍(huo)爾脈(mai)沖計數(shù)的(de)方(fang)法,計數(shù)是(shi)實(shi)時(shi)不間斷(duan)的(de),斷(duan)電後(hou)用(yong)電池耗電記憶(yi),電池容(rong) 量(liang)是(shi)不夠(gou)的。選用(yong)全行(xing)程多圈值編碼器,是(shi)這種(zhong)模(mo)式(shi)可(ke)能(neng)實(shi)現(xiàn)的閥門(men)開度傳感(gan)器(qi),當(dang)然(ran),由(you)於(yu)數(shù)據(jù)讀(du)取時間極短(duan)而(er)要保(bao)證(zheng)數(shù)據(jù)的(de)準確性,要求(qiu)此(ci)編碼器的(de)數(shù)(shu)據(jù)可(ke)靠(kao)性要(yao)求(qiu)就(jiu)很(hen)高了。有壹些選用(yong)的(de)值編碼器是(shi)單圈功能(neng)的(de),超(chao)出單(dan)圈需(xu)要(yao)用(yong)電子(zi)計圈記憶,其斷(duan)電後(hou)的因(yin)需(xu)要(yao)計圈記憶的耗電較大(da),不適(shi)合這種(zhong)半(ban)休(xiu)眠低功耗模(mo)式(shi)。
