OMAL電動(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)接收控(kong)制系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)發(fā)出的開(kai)關(guan)信號後(hou),電機(ji)不轉並(bing)有(you)嗡嗡聲。其(qi)原(yuan)因可能(neng)是(shi):
1、減(jian)速(su)器(qi)的行(xing)星(xing)齒輪(lun)部(bu)分卡澀、損壞(huai)或變(bian)形(xing);
2、減(jian)速(su)器(qi)的斜(xie)齒輪(lun)傳(chuan)動部分變(bian)形(xing)或(huo)過(guo)度(du)磨(mo)損(sun)或(huo)損(sun)壞(huai);
3、減(jian)速(su)器(qi)的渦(wo)輪渦(wo)桿或(huo)絲桿螺(luo)母(mu)傳(chuan)動部分變(bian)形(xing)損(sun)壞(huai)、卡澀(se)等;
4、整(zheng)體(ti)機械(xie)部(bu)分配(pei)合(he)不好(hao),不靈活,需調(tiao)整(zheng)加(jia)油。

若(ruo)是電動(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)經(jing)常被(bei)使(shi)用(yong),那(na)麼有可能(neng)會(hui)因(yin)為(wei)溫(wen)度(du)的升(sheng)高而有(you)所損壞(huai),這(zhe)時候我們(men)就(jiu)要(yao)適當(dang)的每(mei)隔壹星(xing)期或(huo)者(zhe)壹個(ge)月(yue)去(qu)加(jia)壹次(ci)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)。而(er)不是經常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)的電(dian)動執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi),因(yin)為它(ta)的溫(wen)度(du)也不會(hui)升(sheng)高(gao)所以添(tian)加(jia)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)的間(jian)隔時(shi)間能夠長(chang)壹些。我們所使用(yong)的潤(run)滑(hua)劑(ji)有著(zhe)機(ji)油(you)、黃(huang)油以及石墨等潤(run)滑(hua)產品(pin)。但是(shi)當(dang)電動(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)的狀態(tài)(tai)時(shi)不能用(yong)黃(huang)油以及機油(you)這(zhe)兩種潤(run)滑(hua)劑(ji),因為他(ta)們的熔(rong)點較低會(hui)被(bei)電(dian)動執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)的高(gao)溫(wen)融化從(cong)而(er)造成潤(run)滑(hua)效(xiao)果(guo)微乎其(qi)微(wei)。這(zhe)個時候我們(men)就(jiu)要(yao)使用(yong)石墨粉粒。而(er)對(dui)於暴(bao)露在(zai)環(huán)(huan)境(jing)外部的部(bu)件(jian)要(yao)是選(xuan)用(yong)黃(huang)油或(huo)者是機(ji)油則會(hui)很(hen)容(rong)易招(zhao)致(zhi)灰塵(chen),因(yin)此(ci)也要(yao)選用(yong)石墨粉粒較為(wei)合適。

我(wo)們要(yao)保證(zheng)電(dian)動(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)外層(ceng)以及經常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)模(mo)塊(kuai)的的清潔(jie)度(du),從(cong)而(er)保護電動(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)上(shang)面(mian)的油(you)漆(qi)在(zai)運(yun)轉過程中發(fā)生磨(mo)蹭(ceng)從(cong)導(dao)致油漆(qi)殘缺(que),這(zhe)是十分重要(yao)的。電(dian)動執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)上(shang)面(mian)所積(ji)累的灰塵(chen)我(wo)們(men)要(yao)用(yong)毛刷輕(qing)輕(qing)地(di)掃(sao)去(qu)也可以用(yong)壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣去(qu)吹走(zou)灰塵(chen);梯(ti)形(xing)的螺(luo)紋(wen)以及齒輪(lun)當(dang)中累積(ji)的臟(zang)汙(wu)得(de)用(yong)抹布去(qu)輕(qing)輕(qing)的擦(ca)拭,電動執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)沾(zhan)染的油(you)汙得用(yong)蒸(zheng)汽吹(chui)掃(sao)。直(zhi)到加(jia)工的表(biao)面(mian)發(fā)出明(ming)亮(liang)的金(jin)屬顏色,油(you)漆(qi)面(mian)顯出油(you)漆(qi)本色(se)為(wei)止(zhi)。疏水(shui)的泵(beng)閥要(yao)有人(ren)專(zhuan)門(men)管(guan)理,每(mei)個(ge)班(ban)次少(shao)要(yao)巡(xun)查壹次(ci),每(mei)隔壹段時間(jian)就(jiu)要(yao)去(qu)打開(kai)沖(chong)洗泵閥以及疏水(shui)泵閥的堵塞頭去(qu)沖洗(xi),防止(zhi)電(dian)動(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)被(bei)異物堵塞。
